This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

The data controller is 97 DIGITAL AGENCY, 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, represented by Didier CERIAC. For any question about your data: contact@97digitalagency.com.

Data collected and purposes

Contact and quote request forms. Technical browsing data. When you visit, the host records technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time) required for the security and proper operation of the Site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention period: limited period set by the host, not exceeding 12 months.

Audience measurement. If you consent, visit statistics are collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to improve the Site. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Retention period: 13 months maximum.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
